super enjoyable stay
spacious room on-site mart useful bath
the superior twin room triple was spacious. it featured an amazing view of the bay. the hotel sports a big bath house with a sauna. there is also a family mart right on site, very useful! plenty of restaurants nearby offer diverse dining options.

faulty dryer unfriendly staff
the room was clean and the onsen was relaxing.
The dryer in the laundry room did not work at all. my clothes remained wet after eighty minutes. Adding more time did not help. i also found the staff to be a bit unfriendly , made things quite unpleasant.

broken dryers expensive buffet
the rooms were a good size for what one expects around here.
the dryers in the laundry room didn't dry clothes (seriously, 80 minutes to tumble wet clothes?). this was particularly annoying since the hotel is near the airport. also, the breakfast buffet cost 4000 yen, a steep price for what was offered.

Romantic Getaway
excellent value spacious rooms
I found the hotel offered excellent value. The rooms were so spacious and clean! I loved that it was very close to a train station.
I encountered a bit of a wait during check-in. The seating area was not large enough. More seating would improve this.

The Superior Twin Room had ample space. It included two comfortable twin beds and a seating area. The decor was modern and soothing with a neutral color palette. We enjoyed the cleanliness and layout.

Staff members were attentive and polite. They provided prompt assistance with requests. We felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. We were impressed.

The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of both Japanese and Western dishes! Fresh fruit, pastries, and hot entrees were available. The dining area was always kept clean and well-stocked.

The hotel features a public bath, and it was relaxing. I appreciated the convenience of the on-site convenience store, it was perfect for late-night snacks. The hotel offers easy access to public transportation.

family mart direct access train station close proximity helpful staff non-functional dryers mad house small laundry
The Family Mart access directly from inside the hotel was very convenient (especially for late-night snacks). The train station was also so close. The public bathroom was big and clean and it even had pools of different temperatures. The staff was super nice and very helpful.
The dryers really didn't work. It was like a mad house in the laundry room with only 5 washers and 5 dryers. For such a fancy place, this was quite disappointing. I don't even think about washing my clothes here again.

currency machine lobby convenience comfortable bed
My family used the convenient currency exchange machine in the lobby. The on-site Family Mart sold snacks and drinks. The quadruple room was neat despite being tight.
Some services could be better.
